Chef Tu David Phu, a San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star and Top Chef alum, is the author of The Memory of Taste and chef-partner at GiGi's, a Vietnamese-influenced wine bar in San Francisco. Blending his Vietnamese birthright with his third-culture experiences, Chef Tu crafts dishes that honor tradition while embracing the flavors and creativity of his unique culinary journey.

Join Chef Tu for a cooking workshop and receive a copy of his cookbook "The Memory of Taste: Vietnamese American Recipes from Phú Quốc, Oakland, and the Spaces Between."
