Students are required to check in to the Registrar's office on the 3rd floor. You will need your Student ID at Check-in. Students failing to do so will incur a $50 non-negotiable fee. Part of check-in is having all forms listed below submitted by Friday, August 21, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email from forms@yale.edu after you submit each form.
