The Dean and the School's administration take the responses to these evaluations very seriously, and they greatly appreciate your efforts in taking the time to respond. Although you need your Net ID and password to log in initially, your responses to each evaluation form are completely anonymous. Once submitted, the identifying information is stripped from the evaluations you complete. Online Course Evaluation (OCE)

  • FOUR IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND:

    1. The system will time out if you are on the same page for longer than an hour, even if you are inputting throughout that time. It is our suggestion that you compose any lengthy responses in Notepad first and then cut and paste your response into the evaluation.

    2. There is a limit of 4000 characters (approximately 600 words) for each response that you enter into a text box. Again, composing a lengthy response in Notepad first will ensure that you won't lose all of your work should your word count become too long.

    3. Evaluations will close on the date designated in the emails you receive from the OCS system. There are no exceptions or extensions. This site is available from anywhere you have internet access. You will need your Net ID and password to enter the site.2. We cannot stress enough the importance of points 1 and 2. Please keep them in mind. We strongly recommend that you compose ALL text answers in Notepad and save them before entering them into the course evaluations. This will save a lot of frustration later should you experience any problems during this process.
