Flyer for Simple Sit: Guided Meditation
With the demands of the last month of the academic year, our Wednesday evening program is shorter. We'll have a 20-minute guided meditation, ending no later than 7:40pm. If you just need to step out of the flood of activity and have a quiet moment in the company of others, then come take a rest and settle into the quiet calm of the Buddhist Shrine Room.

Beginners and all are welcome.
