Details
This class is perfect for:
- If you usually rush & want to slow down
- Have tight hips, sore backs, clenched jaws, stress
- Need a chill counterpoint to more intense exercise
- Are experiencing injuries, health conditions, or are new to yoga
Yoga mats will be provided but you are more than welcome and encouraged to bring your own. Please bring flexible clothes, a water bottle, and an openness to slowing down your breath and mind for 60 minutes!
If you realize you cannot attend, please cancel your registration so that students from the waitlist may join.
