In this interactive workshop with Expressive Arts Therapist, Joyce Gendler, you will explore Kristin Neff’s three part Self-Compassion framework using writing, visual art, and mindfulness to turn kindness inward. Come create, reflect, and connect as we practice embracing imperfection and treating ourselves with the same care we give others.
