Our Mission

"For King and Country, Hearth and Home", the old saying goes, but we at Yale Military History have a far nobler goal. Whether we are strategizing and wargaming on Friday nights or fighting to shove as much pizza as we can down our throats we seek to promote the discussion and study of military history and military strategy among members of Yale College and the wider Yale community by hosting events including wargames, strategy games, and presentations. In the end, it is all "For God for country and for Yale"!
