Please join us for the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities' fall conference. We bring together top scholars from legal theory, the humanities, and the social sciences to discuss the processes and procedures that empower and constrain judicial decision-making. Our keynote speaker will be Marin Levy (YLS '07), Professor of Law, Duke University.
