Community Partnerships Across Yale

The Office of Nursing Impact (ONI) at Yale School of Nursing is committed to transforming the impact of nursing education through community-centered approaches to leadership. Through strategic engagement, education, and world-class simulation design, ONI empowers students, faculty, and staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools to address social and structural factors influencing health, reduce gaps in care, and foster environments that reflect and respond to the communities we serve.     The Office of Institutional Equity & Accessibility and Title IX reporting website offers a secure platform for submitting reports related to sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other concerning behaviors. It provides various options for community members to document incidents confidentially, ensuring appropriate follow-up by university officials while supporting the well-being and safety of all involved parties.

  • Yale Cultural Centers and Affinity Groups

    As social hubs and community base for all students, the Yale Cultural Centers drives diversity and inclusion through events and resources celebrating cultural heritage and promoting social justice for all undergraduate and graduate students.

    Yale invests in Affinity Groups to support employee recruitment, retention, education, and advocacy. Yale employees are encouraged to participate in the community-building, networking, and professional development initiatives for various identity-based groups.

    Yale's Office of Institutional Equity and Access offers a comprehensive range of services to accommodate the religious needs of its community. The Religious Accommodations include assistance with religious observances, dietary accommodations, and providing space for worship and meditation. The office also supports religious student organizations and offers guidance on navigating religious exemptions. Their goal is to foster an inclusive environment where all religious traditions are respected and accommodated.
