This organisation has been formed to create opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students at Yale to jointly curl socially and competitively, to preserve the traditions of curling and to encourage the camaraderie and sportsmanship of the game. All graduate and undergraduate students at Yale University are invited to participate. This club will be an integration of collegiate curling within the USCA with traditional social and competitive aspects of curling which centre around the spirit of curling. The spirit of curling, specifically the canon of respect for others irrespective of their background, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, disability or race, shall be honoured and actively pursued by all members.

In order to do this, OCAY aims to create a community of Yale students, faculty and staff who are already outdoor climbers, mountaineers or alpinists, and to provide safety workshops and other training opportunities for new and experienced climbers alike in a safe and controlled environment. In addition to on-campus events including workshops and social events, OCAY's ultimate goal is to lead outdoor climbing trips where members can learn from each other. The Society for Medieval Culinary Studies is dedicated to the exploration of medieval foodways through the study, reconstruction, and tasting of historical recipes. Drawing on pre-modern primary sources such as manuscripts, cookbooks, and travel accounts, the Society examines how cuisine intersected with culture, trade, religion, medicine, and daily life in the medieval world. Through scholarly discussion, collaborative cooking, and public events, YSMCS seeks to make medieval history tangible, experiential, and intellectually rigorous.

The purpose of the Yale College Anime Society is to allow people to appreciate East Asian culture--especially Japanese culture--through the lens of media and entertainment. We hope to give people the opportunity to explore genres and mediums they may have never explored. We primarily hope to do this through exposure to, discussion of, and analysis of Japanese Animation and Comics (i.e. "anime" and "manga"), Japanese music, and Japanese culture in general but will also look at manhwas, webtoons, light novels, and a variety of other mediums and genres . Through this, we aim to broaden the overall appeal and awareness of Eastern Asian media and entertainment, such as anime and manga, and increase the presence of this unique art form in the mainstream consciousness.
