Calling all 2026 Graduates

Dear YSE Students:

Commencement for the Class of 2026 will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026. The YSE Commencement Team is hosting a mandatory graduation meeting on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM. You should have just received an Outlook Calendar invitation for this event. The meeting is mandatory for all students participating in YSE's and greater Yale's commencement ceremonies on Monday, May 18, 2026. We will cover numerous important deadlines and details.

Please complete the YSE Graduation Participation Survey ahead of this meeting. It is due by 11:59 PM on February 2, 2026.

The survey needs to be completed if one or more of the following apply to you:

• You are graduating from YSE in May 2026
• You are a first-year joint degree student*
• You are a September ’25 or February ’26 graduate and are interested in participating
• You are eligible to graduate and have yet to walk in a YSE ceremony

Do not fill out the survey if the above do not apply to you. Questions can be sent to: commencement.yse@yale.edu

*Note: Joint degree students are eligible to walk in a graduation ceremony as early as the end of their first year. Further details about graduation and joint degrees will be shared with students meeting this criterion directly from the Office of Academic Affairs.

Officially RSVP to the commencement meeting here to help us reduce food waste at this event as lunch will be provided.
