Tour of Sterling Memorial Library and Bass Library
Sterling Memorial Library is Yale's largest library and one of the University's most iconic buildings. Completed in 1930, it houses more than 2.5 million volumes on 14 floors of book stacks, with a focus on humanities and area studies. Books in engineering and computer science are shelved in Sterling Memorial Library. Bass Library is adjacent and connected to Sterling Memorial Library and is a popular student workspace. The tour will cover study spaces and the library's book stacks. Meet in the nave of main entrance to Sterling Memorial Library at 120 High Street.

Tour of Medical Library
The Cushing/Whitney Medical Library serves the biomedical and health care information needs of the Yale-New Haven Hospital and the University. The collections support clinical medicine and its specialties, the pre-clinical sciences, public health, nursing, and related fields. The tour will cover teaching and study spaces, the distinguished collections of the Historical Library, and the Cushing Center, which includes whole brain specimens. The Medical Library is located just off the central rotunda in the Yale University School of Medicine Building at 333 Cedar Street.

Tour of Beinecke Library
The Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library is one of the world's largest buildings devoted entirely to rare books and manuscripts and is Yale's principal repository for literary archives, early manuscripts, and rare books. The Beinecke Library is located in the Beinecke Plaza or Hewitt Quadrangle. To enter the building, use the revolving door entrance across from Woolsey Hall.

Tour of Marx Library
Marx Science and Social Science Library provides state-of-the-art information services in a technology-rich environment. The tour will cover study spaces, specialized software for GIS and statistics, a presentation practice room, and a visit to the library's physical stacks. Attendees will also learn practical information about understanding call numbers to locate books in the stacks. Marx Library is located on the concourse (lower) level of Kline Tower at 219 Prospect Street. You may access the library through the Yale Science Building southeast entrance or via the Steep Café in the Kline Tower Pavilion.
