The Yale Film Archive, part of the Yale University Library, advances film culture across campus and around the world through collection, preservation, access, and exhibition.
Find us on the 7th floor of Sterling Memorial Library, where you can learn about our film collection and preservation projects, check out DVDs and Blu-rays, use our research screening room and viewing booths, or just enjoy the view from the red carpet!
We also host year-round free public screenings of classic and contemporary films from our 35mm collection and from archives around the world. Check the Events page for details.
