Article II: Purpose
CLAY is an organization providing a forum and community for Yale students who oppose abortion. CLAY upholds the dignity of human life and shares such message through weekly meetings, discussions, campus outreach, special events such as an annual conference, and other educational initiatives.

Additionally, CLAY provides support and educational resources for women in crisis-pregnancy situations on campus and in the local area.

The Black Solidarity Conference at Yale is a completely student-run annual conference held in February. BSC is the largest undergraduate conference held at Yale University and it continues to grow each year! BSC invites over 700 undergraduates of of various races, religions, ethnicities, and communities to discuss issues pertaining to the African Diaspora. Through discussions, panels, networking, and social gatherings, students from across the country analyze issues affecting the Black/Afro-Diasporic community and explore solutions that can be implemented on their own college campuses. In the past, the Conference has hosted Drs. Michael Eric Dyson, Angela Davis, Nikki Giovanni, and Cornel West as keynote speakers. We've also hosted artists such as J. Cole, Big Sean, Vic Mensa, and Phony Ppl as concert performers! In the following pages, you can discover how to register for conference and be a part of this amazing experience!

The Egalitarian Society is a space for discussions about egalitarianism that foregrounds imagining a better world. Through weekly close readings, guest lectures and alumni lunches, we hope to parse the intellectual roots of egalitarianism and apply them to real world action. We hope to build campus support for egalitarianism through our events, which are open to the entire Yale community.

After the political turbulence of the 1960s, a group of Yale students came together seeking to promote a better understanding of global affairs. As a result, in 1969, the Yale International Relations Association (YIRA) was founded.
The Yale International Relations Association strives to foster conversation about international relations on campus and beyond through conferences, classes, travel, publications, and speaker and social events. YaleBleeds's mission is to destigmatize menstruation and work towards menstrual equity at Yale, in New Haven, in Connecticut, in the United States, and beyond. This includes advocacy, education, and service/volunteering work. Advocacy work includes working to increase access to free menstrual products — both disposable and reusable — on campus or wider legislative work in communities outside Yale (such as New Haven Public Schools, Connecticut, and more). Education includes hosting workshops on period poverty and menstrual equity, sustainable menstrual products, the intersection of LGBTQ+ experiences with menstruation, reproductive rights, menstruation-related disorders, and more. Service/volunteering work includes hosting menstrual product donation drives and packing parties, working with Dwight Hall and other campus groups to serve local communities and those in need, and more.
