This information session will help those who intend to enroll in Andover Newton Seminary’s education program ("Andy Newt" certificate) to understand the purpose of that program and the process through which students blend it with the Master of Divinity degree program. The session will also be a great way for one who is simply curious about the program to learn more about it and about Andover Newton.

Every Thursday during Classes| 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. | Marquand Chapel
The Emmaus Gathering is Andover Newton Seminary’s weekly program that includes dinner, Bible study, and worship.
The Gathering begins with a shared meal at 5:30pm in the Upper Common Room (2nd floor, next to the Refectory). Students who are coming to Emmaus directly from one of Andover Newton’s Colloquia are required to attend, and the wider YDS community is also welcome to attend!
Following dinner and Bible study, the gathered community moves into Marquand Chapel for worship, which begins at about 6:15. Worship includes communion, music selections from the Emmaus Band, prayer, testimony, and a blessing.
Inspired by the story of the Road to Emmaus in the Gospel of Luke, it is an evening full of wonder, as we ask ourselves: Where has Christ been made known to us this week?
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Rev. JaQuan Beachem, Presiding Minister (jaquan.beachem@yale.edu).
We look forward to listening to what the Spirit is saying with you!
