Registration for GSAS Student Organizations

Student groups registered with the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences may only consist of members who are GSAS students or postdocs.

    Returning groups of entirely GSAS students and postdocs can re-register their organization here: link

  • Registration for Non-GSAS Student Organizations

    If your group has a mixed membership consisting of professional school students, and other Yale affiliates, you can register with the VP for University Life Office. That registration form can be found here: link

    Groups registered with the VP for University Life's Office will still be able to do the following:

    • Attend the GSAS New Student Activity Fair each August.
    • Apply for limited funding from GSAS if your membership is at least 40% GSAS students.
    • Advertise your events in the McDougal Center weekly email.
