Early June
Information regarding the projects SOCs can work on over the summer should have sent out during the end of the previous school year. While working on these projects is not required, it provides a good opportunity to get in extra hours, even if you are busy, as different projects have different time commitment levels.

Mid June
This meeting, for SOCs working on summer projects, is supposed to be a place for SOCs to share their projects and the progress being made, as well as potential problems.
Spare time can also be used to catch up about the summer, and discuss the upcoming year!
